You can view "quick search" lists of all apartment types!  You can easily view sublets or leases only. In the accommo-dation details, click a "view map" to see where that accommodation is located!  View a list of accommodations suitable for Faculty, Staff or Graduate Students! Sort your lists according to date available, rent amount, or number of bedrooms available!

You can view Today's Postings or Recent Postings to see currently property listings. All the information you need to find a great place, is included in each ad.

You can submit your ad using our Online Submissions Form. Once submitted, please contact the office with payment information or to provide student/faculty/staff ID information. Click to submit your listing online! * *

 * * The fee charged to non-students for a listing on the Off-Campus Housing web site is $35. 

(This rate is not subject to HST and is not applicable to students, or faculty/staff members of Saint Mary's University (some conditions may apply).  Students can continue to post one free ad per banner number (A number). All postings run for 30 days).

At this time we are not set-up to pay on-line, please contact the Off-Campus Housing Coordinator at 902.491.8606, with payment information or all students, faculty and staff, please call to provide banner number information. For your convenience, you cay pay by phone with a major credit card or drop by the Off-Campus Housing Office in Loyola Residence, Room 107 to pay by debit (sorry no cash or cheque payments).  Payment must be received before the listing can be posted to our web site.
