Flexible Workplace @ SMU is a transformative modern approach to work that recognizes the increasing needs of our staff for better work-life balance, while ensuring the delivery of exceptional learning, services and supports that our Saint Mary’s community has come to expect. It also provides opportunities for the university and our community to contribute in the fight against climate change by minimizing our greenhouse gas emissions from work commutes, reducing paper use, and improving air quality, to list a few of the benefits.
