Why meet with a chaplain?

Chaplains are skilled listeners who have the time in this busy world to devote to your concerns. They often have training in areas other than faith and value the importance of finding meaning in life. They are willing to pray with you and for you, and can often provide the next step in referring you to other services in the university and wider community.
