The Residence Leadership & Engagement Awards (RLEA) celebrate residence students who help create an inclusive, connected, and engaged residence community.
The RLEA celebrates and recognizes residence students who actively contribute to this community through participation, leadership, and involvement. If you show up, get involved, and give back to residence life, this award is for you.

All residence students are eligible to apply.
There’s no one “right” way to get involved. Engagement can include:
Attending residence life events
Volunteering to support programs or initiatives
Taking on leadership roles or helping plan events
Every action adds up, the more you engage, the stronger your application.
RLEA isn’t a last-minute thing. The best way to set yourself up for success is to attend residence programming consistently throughout the year.
